BFF HOLDS BOOK SIGNING EVENT WITH BEST SELLING AUTHOR CAROLYN BROWN

(This Saturday as part of their BFF A.MAuthor Series)

(Bentonville, AR, May 6th-) Bentonville Film Fest A.M. Author Series and Downtown Bentonville Inc are excited to announce a book signing event with New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, Carolyn Brown.  Spotlighting issues and stories that are important to women, while using elements of romance in her Women’s Fiction, Western Romance Series and Single Titles, Brown has been praised by both critics and fans worldwide.

Brown started her writing career in her early 60’s and will be publishing her 100th novel in early 2020.  She has sold over 4 million copies of her works, including The Ladies Room, the Happy, Texas Series, The Magnolia Inn and many more!  Brown is a #1 Amazon and Washington Post Author, Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly Bestselling Author and her recent release The Perfect Dress is flying off book shelves!

“We are thrilled to have Carolyn Brown at BFF this year!  It will be a wonderful experience, not only for the festival attendees, but Downtown Bentonville Inc wanted to give our community, and Carolyn’s fans, the chance to meet her too.” said Wendy Guerrero, President of Programming.

The book signing will take place on Saturday, May 11th, at the Farmers’ Market in Downtown Bentonville from 10:00am-12:00pm.  Brown will be giving away copies of her Happy, Texas Novels (Toughest Cowboy in Texas, Long, Tall Cowboy Christmas and Luckiest Cowboy of All) and recent releases from her Longhorn Canyon Series while supplies last.  Fans are also welcome to bring their own copies for Brown to autograph.

Guerrero believes that connecting filmmakers to successful authors like Brown is a unique part of BFF.  Part of the synergy between filmmakers and writers has come to fruition as Kickstart Entertainment’s Jason Netter, who produces the festival and also opened local Farm Studios in March 2019, has optioned the Happy, Texas Series by Brown to be shot in Arkansas.

“Carolyn’s prolific body of work and her thriving fan base, naturally lend her stories to becoming successful adaptations for film or series.  You never know? If the right filmmakers establish a connection with her, or any of our writers in the BFF A.M. Author Series, what future collaborations will come from it.  All the Carolyn Brown fans around the world would love that!”
