The Daydream Cabin is on the shelves, and that brings 2020 to an end in my publishing world. From January to now, I’ve published five novels, four novellas, and had two books reissued, so it’s been a busy year for me.
My granny always told me to count my blessings. So, in spite of the year that will go down in history, I’d like to stop and count my blessings rather than giving CoVid any room at all in my heart.
I’m blessed to have an amazing family.
I’m blessed to have friends.
I’m blessed to have fans.
I’m blessed to have an agent, and agency that continues to back me.
I’m blessed to have publishers that still buy my books.
I’m blessed to have awesome editors.
I’m blessed to have my health.
I’m blessed to have voices with good ideas in my head.
I’m blessed to have love surrounding me.
I’m blessed to have Mr. B.
I’m blessed to have three wonderful children, 15 grandchildren and 16 great grands.
I’m blessed to have good memories of loved ones that have passed on.
I’m blessed to have so many blessings in my life.
As the Irish say: May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you!
